Guj Tungpalan. That guy from redsheepphotocinema. He’s the founder and creative director, getting his hands dirty in every creative aspect from photography, cinematography, film editing, color grading, music production, film scoring, copywriting, and social media. To sum that up using a little wordplay on a famous quote by Canadian Sportscaster Foster Hewitt:
“He shoots… he films… and he scores.”
And then some.

Guj hates writing, particularly stuff that you usually find in “About Me” pages.² It’s not that he’s not good at it. Quite a number of people actually find his Instagram captions engaging. It’s just that he gets consumed by it, drowning in a flurry of metaphors, portmanteaux (or, faux-manteaux), cult movie references and bastardized adverbs. Damn it, Guj.
